This unique type of caviar is presented in various shades of olive transparent between light brown to amber with a shimmering golden tinge and a large, firm grain. How to consume
The taste of caviar depends on the taste of people. Fine caviar is best served simply, on the other hand, some people find it more enjoyable to consume with seasoning.
There are different ways to serve caviar, for instance serving on top of eggs or potatoes as a topping of caviar or with Bellini bread or toast with smoked salmon.

We package the caviar exclusively for you, by the time we receive your order. All our sturgeon caviar varieties can be kept unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C for at least 8 weeks. When opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator for approximately 1-2 days when the lid is tightened. Please note the sticker with the current consumption date on your tin.
