Environmental stewardship is at the heart of our business. We are committed to sustainable and legal aquaculture, focusing only on licensed sturgeon farming rather than wild fishing. This helps protect endangered sturgeon populations across the Caspian Sea region.
Founded in 2003, our aquaculture division, Saaee Aquaculture, located on the southern shores of the Caspian Sea, has become a leading example of responsible sturgeon farming. Today, it exports to four continents and over 50 countries worldwide.
Within our 7-hectare complex, which houses over 150 ponds, we cultivate and preserve several key Caspian and Siberian species; including Persian Beluga, Chalbash, Qareh Burun, Sevruga, and Siberian Sturgeon. We uphold strict water management and waste treatment standards, ensuring clean ecosystems and the best conditions for our fish. All farming operations are done without antibiotics or harmful chemicals. No parasiticides or bactericides containing malachite green, crystal violet, or heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, and arsenic are used. Each caviar batch is thoroughly tested and verified by veterinary authorities and the company’s laboratory to ensure full compliance and safety.
