During his study at that time, Mr. Dr. Korouji decided to run this business.

At the beginning of the 2003 and after the stock of sturgeon fish in Caspian sea was starting to dwindle we decided toestablish our own farm in close of Caspian sea and in the same time we started mutual business with our chines business partner ( Kaluga Queen )

Environmentally conscious action
A central aspect of our sustainability efforts is investing in innovative technologies to minimize our ecological footprint. An example of this is our indoor system we refine water by filter and bio filter and reuse output water again that cover 70% of our fresh water capacity. We also focus on sustainability in packaging by using tinplate tin or glass that materials come from sources and are sourced from certified suppliers. Furthermore, we actively engage in waste reduction, segregation and recycling.

Our Caviar is Halal
At Culture Caviar, we take pride in offering products that meet diverse needs across Europe. Our caviar comes from sturgeon farmed in Iran, where it is considered halal under Islamic guidelines. This is based on a key ruling by religious leaders that allows sturgeon and its roe to be enjoyed by everyone who follows halal practices. Certifications

- BQC Attestation: Issued by BQC, this confirms that our producer, Abzigostran Saaee Co. in Gilan, Mazandaran Province, Iran, complies with the Codex Alimentarius for general principles of food hygiene and HACCP standards. This means our caviar is made with top hygiene and safety practices.
- Certificate of Analysis: From the Veterinary Administration of Mazandaran Province, this lab report tests our caviar for heavy metals like chromium (Cr), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), and mercury (Hg). All results are below the limit of quantification, showing our product is free from harmful levels of these elements.

Kaluga Queen Caviar comes from China, where it is made by Hangzhou Thousand Island Lake Sturgeon Technology Co., Ltd., started in 2003. They farm sturgeon in the clean waters of Thousand Island Lake, using old methods from Russia and Iran mixed with new European tech for top quality. Their caviar is loved by big airlines like Lufthansa and Cathay Pacific for its fresh taste and high standards.
